The Infobase website displayed over 90 products using an ecommerce display, which was unable to move the buyer through the marketing funnel. Marketing was using digital ads and email to deliver traffic to top of funnel content, and had become a resource to educators in each market.
- 38% of resource form fills came from email; 35% of which came from the thought leadership email
- 90% of webinar registrations came from email
But we were having a difficult time pushing that traffic through to the middle of the funnel. We knew customers were having a difficult time determining which products to trial OR which products fit their needs. We knew this from heat maps and following click patterns.
