Training Sales on Stages and Conversion at ItemMaster

After implementing sales stages, launching SFDC, and Marketo, I needed to train the sellers on a series of new processes. I broke these down into small, consumable steps and presented them at lunch-and-learns.
This is the lead conversion process. The goal was to gain sales buy-in for the new process and automate lead routing as a result.
