Infobase was an 80 year old instructional resources content distributor with multiple platforms and over 90 products in its portfolio across 4 end markets. Our end goal was to consolidate platforms, raise valuation and AOV, create a solution sale and ultimately reposition our GTM to enable a classroom or technology purchase.
Results:
✔ Personally delivered new sales messaging strategy and framework across all end markets which resulted
in double digit YoY revenue growth.
