I was hired to create and expand the marketing department at ItemMaster. This included setting up SFDC, Marketo, and expanding IM's brand. I created this as a roadmap for my work.
This document provides the framework, governance, and overarching strategies for the
marketing and communication of ItemMaster as I set the foundation over my time there.
Results:
-- Launched Marketo, including lead scoring, lead lifecycle, and full automation in 6 weeks
-- Created deal stages for sales, mapped to marketing scoring in 1 quarter for better sales forecasting
-- Developed editorial calendar and deployed on website with metadata in 2 months
-- Delivered new product marketing assets to increase pipeline velocity in the middle of the funnel
